InboxNuke – Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using InboxNuke, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

2. Description of Service

InboxNuke is a Gmail-integrated email management tool that assists users in identifying and blocking unwanted email senders and domains. InboxNuke is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google LLC.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, have a valid Google account, and authorize InboxNuke through Google OAuth.

4. Account Authorization & Gmail Access

InboxNuke accesses Gmail data only with your explicit authorization. You may revoke access at any time through your Google account settings.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the service in compliance with applicable laws and not attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or disrupt the platform.

6. Fees & Payments

Plan details, pricing, and features are described on our pricing page and may change from time to time. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

7. Service Availability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InboxNuke shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the preceding twelve months.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse Gmail API usage.

10. Modifications

We may modify the service or these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which InboxNuke operates.
